To start I was led to believe that my citation would be easily dismissed. I was told that they went to court “three different” times but the cop “showed” up every-time. I call bull!! I feel they didn’t try their hardest and just took what was given to them instead of pushing back. I feel like I could’ve done better if I would’ve went to court myself!! They was so willing to take my money and make me feel very comfortable that my case would be dismissed. If I could give this “practice” a negative rating I would! Think twice about giving them your money because they’ll take it and happily and you won’t never hear from them until they send you an email saying you owe 95 percent of the ticket and they did their “best” and that’s all that could be done! DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!!! ZERO Stars!!

I hired them, and out 5 city citations and 4 county tickets. All 5 city where dismissed, and 3 of the county's as well!! Great job! Madeline, was kind and courteous. Thank you guys!!!! I got A+ service. Nicely done. Great team.

A friend recommended me to call this place for their service, and I will do the same and recommend this to everyone else if you have traffic tickets or active warrants! Madelyn was extremely helpful, patient and thorough when answering all the questions I had. The entire process was quickly done over the phone, and their fees were reasonable and affordable.

I’ve used this law firm countless times and each time I’ve gotten quality. From the minute I call I experience amazing customer service that has always been friendly and helpful. When it comes to the ticket(s) I’ve either had it outright dismissed or I was given the option of defensive driving. I highly recommend this firm!

I got a ticket about 1.5 ago and then I moved abroad to Europe. I was a bit worried on how this ticket process would go/ not being back stateside. However, their service was amazing. I no longer had phone contact as I didn’t have a US phone, so I mentioned this to them to have all communication through email and It went very well. Anytime I had a question, I emailed and they would respond within a reasonable amount of time. The ticket took long to get dismissed but the lawyer had a great success in the end. Thank you 😊 I recommend!

I have had two speeding tickets dismissed by this law firm, and one speeding ticket , I received driver’s education and then it was dismissed. After reading this review, and you still have a lead foot , El Paso Ticket Firm is your best option. Very professional, and they must have relatives working in the government system of El Paso, because they don’t fail. They Have a hundred percent success rate. I never have any issues with getting my tickets taken care of by Navar and his great team. They have taken care of all my tickets I’ve gotten throughout the past years (SMH I know shame on me, life happens 🤷🏻‍♀️) and also my friends and family. None of us have ever had a bad outcome and always had them dismissed due to how diligent they are about getting the best resolution!! And for the price you can’t beat it.

Great experience and great price! I received a speeding ticket two years ago and they were able to get it dismissed without any additional costs. They also kept in touch to inform me that my citation has been completely dismissed! Highly Recommend!

These guys are seriously top notch. It’s my second time using these services after 3 years. I was so impressed with them the first time that they instantly popped into my head after receiving a bogus ticket today. I called them up 15 minutes after I received a citation and just like the first time, these people showed professionalism and an eager energy to help, unlike the officers “patrolling” El Paso today. I gave them a few basic pieces of information and now I don’t have to worry about seeing anyones face in court. Don’t stress out, just give these guys a call.
